The no OTA excuse doesn't explain why the worse showing of the season came after the bye week. It seems more time to work with the player produces worse results.

I always thought the hire was a knee jerk reaction and I don't believe Rivera was the first choice. I think he was the most affordable choice. Rivera was passed over way too many times prior to getting the job.

    Chud was a great hire.

McDermott was not. Rivera and McDermott have promised a meshed defense that has not occurred and what they have now is pure crap. Even though the DBs statistically are not showing up as bad, I believe that's because we are so easy to run on that teams simply exploit that aspect of our defense. The DBs are pure crap though. They give away 3rd and longs way too much and there is always 1 or 2 big plays a game.

Special teams is worse than a high school football team. The entire team needs to go.

You have anger issues, don't be upset that not everyone has them.

I didn't say I wanted to set fire to cities. I said that I've had fantasies that involve watching Charlotte being engulfed in flames. And I still do. Not sure where you got the part about the cute girls.

Fox is a lot more experienced, so it's not really a great comparison. Then again right now he's running the fucking wishbone and that'll last about two weeks.

I don't think that in one week Rivera forgot how to coach anymore than Fox had two years ago or eight years ago in blowouts. I know people have to go to a 'what does it all mean' deal in blowouts that sicken me this badly but it hasn't been a terrible year.

come on people, the sky is not falling. As far as Rivera goes, consider me totally unconcerned at this point. And I wouldn't even consider it until, say, this time next year.

I'm with the two posts above. Not very concerned about Rivera.

However, I am also disappointed in the inability to clean up the penalties. Far too many at this stage.

Fox went 7-9 with Rodney Peete.

    And Terry Cousins.
