Great game!! NFL has to be happy with that one.

I loved the last call by Peyton. Ingram on a dive play. Should have gone that way when they had the 4th and a foot when they were down by eight. Unfortunately for the Saints the GB defense made a textbook 4th and short defensive stand to stop it.

I wonder if Peyton will ever learn how to use those great backs that he has. In my opinion he had the right idea coming out with Ingram to start the second half. He could have used him more to wear them down. He didn't and it cost him the game. I also wonder if Peyton's ego is too big to get everything he can out of his three very talented running backs. It seems he is too focused on the passing game to really take advantage of the stable of running backs that he has this year. What a waste of talent to have those backs in his offense.

Playing from behind kind of took the "wear them down" out of play. If they're up, I expect we'll see some of that.

Sproles looked pretty darn good in the Bush role.

Raji, damn I wish we had a DT close to that.

We have one game with the Packers and two with the Saints. All three are likely to get ugly if the defense does not learn the new scheme pretty quickly.

What makes me wonder is the fact that the defense was not that bad last year. If it had gotten some help from the offense it would have been solid. That was under Meeks and his system. Meeks is still on staff but the defense has fallen apart under the new DC. Maybe he got fired in Philly for a good reason. Just learning under Jim Johnson does not make him Jim Johnson.....

Let's give the ginger at least one game before we start calling for his head.

No, the whole season is fucked, so let's fire coaches now to save time later.

That's it. We need to be more proactive.

I did not mean to call for his head. I just have some doubts. Maybe his defense will start to click after a few games. That match up with the Pack is going to be ugly though.

After seeing part of that game, I think I understand the whole DT strategy now. We really don't need but one. We'll have three DEs in to rush, 3 LBs and five DBs in the game. Why worry about the run when they're going to four wides all day? You won't need a defensive tackle until you play the Broncos.
