If anyone had known that Revis was going to be this good then I am sure we would have drafted him. We got two pro bowl players out of that trade so I am still very happy with it.

When Hurney has traded down he has usually done pretty well. It is when he trades up or trades future picks that he screws up.

Stewart is a good player so it was better than using a pick on a bust but he duplicated an area of strength and still does. Would the Saints draft a QB in round one? What if they guy they drafted turned out to be very good?

You're forgetting that they just threw away an entire draft in April. You got a QB who completes 50% on a good day, two useless defensive tackles, an injured WR-turned-CB with character issues. What else am I missing?

Favre was already pretty long in the tooth when they took Rodgers. He had already started his retirement talk by that time.

I was not big on Jackson coming out of Cal. Thought he was soft and had a poor work ethic. *shrug*

I do not know that I would have drafted Jackson either but it does kind of suck that we never had a good complimentary receiver to Steve Smith while he was in his prime other than maybe one year when Moose was still in his.
