    Sure he can design a scheme, but he can't magically make guys more talented than they are. Even though I love Hardy's upside, he probably isn't ready, nor are the two rook DTs and I don't believe in Munnerlyn as a starting NFL CB either. Playing a S at NB is way down my list of worries.
