    Funny how the writer never mentions Steve Smith, and his tattoos. Cam Newton, the man JR just wrote a $22,000,000 check to, will be the face of the Panthers. Race has nothing to do with it. JR runs a tight ship, and if this guy had ever been to a game at BOA he would understand that. JR doesn't want the face of the frachise on billboards sporting a neck tattoo. It's hard to sell neck tattoos to the "Country Club Crowd". Also, what's wrong with your boss giving you guidance?

    How is it OK to tell employees at minimum wages jobs what kind of haircut they must have, whether they can wear certain jewelry and make them cover tattoos because it is bad for business if they don't but a guy making $22 million whose public image is important is off limits?
