I do not disagree. I think JR is calling this.

Anderson sucked under Chud in Cleveland the next season and he hasn't shown much after that.

EDIT: Let's also not get too excited about 19 INTs and a sub 60% comp and say the guy played well.

    Oh, no doubt,

Anderson is not very good. Even in the Giants game, his two biggest plays were a tipped pass that Martin caught out of the sky, and a bubble screen to Pilares.

he needs to learn to deal w/ the blitz. he will. chud will help him, the tight ends will help him. the more he steps into his throws, the more accurate he is, he'll get that too. fuck it, he's got to learn some how. he has shown some good things too.

    dont disagree with this either.

I hope 2011 is more entertaining than 2010. Friday reminded me of 2010.

i don't wanna bring up bad memories, but im cool until he starts running backwards and to the right and starts trying, with TRYING being the key word, to throw it out of bounds. at least cam will be able to throw it out of bounds.

Well with the right side of our OL in no better shape than last year, Cam is being thrown to the wolves, just as Clausen was. I disagree with it.

Which does not mean I'm anti Cam, just as it did not mean I was anti Clausen last year. But if he starts sucking, a lot of Cam people are gonna turn ugly before our eyes. It's who the majority of Panthers fans are lately.

And btw, Hardy has been declared the starter, 1st day back at practice. That Everette Brown trade/pick is really looking good.

Edit: I'd like to add: there is no season that compares to this one, as far as starting rookies at QB. None of the guys in the 212 article had to deal with what the rooks this year did. No offseason activity at all, and in our case a new coaching staff, these guys coming in are way undercoached and under repped.

For that reason, and that reason alone I'd not be opposed to Anderson (Clausen is practically in the same boat as Newton, neither had near enough time to learn the offense).

I mean, it's a start at Cincy, and that's it. Lot of chatter that "this is it". I'll buy it when the man says it.

They're going to get him hurt. It's a miracle no QB was killed last season.

JR wants asses in seats, apparently at any cost.
