Houston had a ton of money to spend and wanted a CB desperately, so I'm guessing that Joseph got paid. Also makes Asomugha to the Jets seem like a done deal.

As good as he is the same money could resign B. Edwards and their other fa CB Cromroty (sp)

Asomugha + random undrafted WR is vastly better than Edwards + Cromartie.

Perhaps, but I can't see why Asomugha would be at all interested in them.

Dollars, he wouldn't have to move is what I come up with.

But I'd go where I'd make less and have a chance to win a title. Maybe he will too.

Just saw that Tampa Bay is in on Asomugha, and that makes more sense. They have to spend a lot of money, and they're a much more promising team than San Fran.

He was making 15 million/year in Oakland, hard to believe he wouldn't be willing to take a slight hit.
