    Connor and a third would have been incredibly stupid. Even just a third is somewhat steep given that we had to give Olsen money along with it, but it's tolerable. I'm just glad it's not a first or second.


    Dude, what you said was retarded. Olsen + Shockey = "the most talented and potentially dangerous TE duo in NFL history"? That's beyond absurd. Olsen plus Shockey doesn't even match Antonio Gates plus any tight end on the Chargers' roster.

    It might be the best TE duo the Panthers have had since Wesley Walls and some other scrub.

    just a 3rd, but that's a top 100 pick . .. even still a rook TE of Olsen's caliber would not be around (especially in that range) next year and given shockeys mileage it's a smart grab IMO
