With rosters expanded to 90, I expect a ton of them.

And, from this, it looks like they could arrive TONIGHT for physicals:

At 10 a.m., clubs may negotiate with and sign their own drafted rookies and any undrafted rookie. Clubs may have such players report to the club’s facilities for physical examinations prior to signing.

CAn't tell if that means they can visit tonight to get examined, or if they wouldn't visit until the negotiating part happens.

Either way, in 14 hours gt ready for total fucking chaos.

In theory, we should have an advantage for those guys since we're rebuilding and have some roster openings.

at first I thought it was important we not let these guys go unnoticed. That changed once you could woo other teams' free agents the same second those teams could first check in on their own guys.

John Clayton reports that NFL teams were granted the right to sign undrafted players Monday night. So dealings are underway.

So, go get a couple guys tonight and then you don't have to focus too hard on 30 guys that won't make the roster.

UNC CB Kendric Burney confirming he's signing with Carolina.

44 game starter. 5'9, 190, had a slow 4.69 40 at pro day but a good 4.45 shuttle. Savvy, stays in position. Doesn't seem to get fooled. Seems ideal as a future nickel player.

Was involved in the weekend trip to Miami. Played a year of baseball at UNC.

Am now told NFL teams are able to negotiate with all rookies -- drafted and undrafted -- tonight. Negotiate but not sign til tomorrow.
