    A lot of interest in Clausen: Limited arm talent, small in the pocket, poor throwing mechanics, needs functional space in pocket to deliver.

    i wonder what he means "a lot of interest." would this be by other teams looking for a QB? if so, how much would you want in a trade? i think it would probably would be a good idea to dump him if there's still interest in him. Cam is gonna start the season (if there is one), Moore and Pike are decent enough backups. saves Cam a few thousand to get #2 ... Smitty's happier ... I'm happier ... my dog is happier.

    Small in the pocket is about the best way I could have said it, myself. It's also been said that his stance is entirely too wide, which makes him even shorter. Add to that the 3/4 delivery, and you get a hideous amount of batted throws.

    Cosell's good. At least, I like the guy.

    He likely means a lot of interest from others on twitter asking for analysis. I can't imagine there being much, if any, trade interest for Clausen after last season.

    can't disagree. Of course, I can't see how the player from 09 and player from 10 can be completely independently evaluated, guy's not a finished product.
