    It's better if a quarterback has natural charisma that allows even veterans to respect them, but Aaron Rodgers didn't have that. He kept to himself, put his head down, and did work while acclimating to the situation. That's generally what a rook is expected to do. Being a 20-22 year old going into a locker room of grown men who have been playing football for a living since before you got laid has to be an intimidating experience, and in most cases you'd think it would take a season or so before that individual is going to feel comfortable asserting their natural personality.
