    With the money the league makes, the owners make and the players make, they'll be hard pressed to get a lot of sympathy from a good percent of the fan base.

    Hm, let's see, I just finished 9 1/2 hours at my full time job, 3 1/2 at my part time and am now sitting against a heating pad so I can get my pain level down enough to hopefully sleep some tonight. Um, sure, I'll support any of the above folks getting more $$$$$$$$.........................NOT.

    Nope. By signing the petition, you're not endorsing the player's side of the argument. You're just saying that you're a fan that wants these issues to be solved so there's a season next year. All fans want a season, so uniting and having one really strong outcry is a valuable thing.

    Maybe the fan's need to stage a lockout
    And start their own petition

    No more attending or watching N F L games untill a 10% across the board cut .

    After all we the fans are in a recession!

    Tickets and concessions cut 10%
    Player salary cut 10%
    Owners & staff cut 10%
    Team soveriners cut 10%
    Free Red Zone & N F L Network
    Free 6 pack ever Sunday

    We the fans have spoken
