    checking a charger forum and it seems most of the fans thought he was the berries and would have liked for him to have been promoted to HC there. this post warmed me up:

    "Rivera would kick players butts. which is what the chargers players need."

    Most of us have always supported JR (btw MH is still a little turd). I just hope that JR can somehow figure out how to make this announcement of his new head coach, without having another one of his fucked up press conferences. :no:

    And please for God's sake, someone PLEEEZE tell Morgan Fogarty to stay home, we will send her some notes.

    He is as good as any of the guys I have seen listed if not better. I still do not see why they went away from Fox for another defensive minded coach.

    I don't know how good a HC Rivera will be, but just looking at him, he don't look like he'd take no shit from nobody, and for some odd reason I just can't see him being satisfied and saying "it is what it is".

    I think he might just be the match that this team needs right now.
