I think it will be bad news about CBA.

I had the same thought. Hurney has a press conference set up as well. I think you were joking, but nothing would shock me.

yeah, my next thought was he's going to say he's not hiring anyone until after the lock-out

He waited until tomorrow to do this because Hurney is in Miami to watch the Orange bowl. If Hurney needs to be here, that would make it seem like an internal issue.

If it is a coach, I have to assume this has been decided for some time.

    LMAO.

I hope it's the hiring of Harbaugh. But watch it be to announce Grimm. 0_o

Couldn't be anything about the contract negotiations. It's not done, and JR wouldn't schedule a PC for this. Just not in his character. He's handling that shit behind the media curtain.

Its going to be a lame "State of the Union" addresss that says something along the line of, "We're committed to doing everything to bring this team back to what you should expect as a fan base. blah, blah"

I was actually thinking that's a real possibility, since he's been accused even in the media now, as not having a commitment to winning, and worrying about the CBA more. Makes him look like a money hungry owner, more worried about his bottom line than the team. That's not JR. It's just not, no matter how many of us are angry, and want to believe that.

He was trying to be a leader for the owners, adn to him, I think, save football in some respects. :p

    Anyway---

Wouldn't it be something if Hurney was there negotiating a deal with Harbaugh.... Eh...now I'm acting like a frilly fan all hoping for unrealistic shit.

You say that, but that was before he got the demon heart.
