I'd take my chances and stay in school another year rather than play for the Panthers. Or do a deal like Kobe did on the Charlotte Hornets LOL!!!

As far as piss poor teams go, the Panthers wouldn't be bad to play for. They may not be the Patriots, but they aren't the Lions either. When they're bad, they're usually competitive again in farily short order.

Yeah I'd definitely stay in school if I knew I was going to the Lions. I wonder if the new bargaining agreement will have a rookie salary cap and what effect that will have on leaving school early.

Yea who wants to play for a team that has a decent running game in place already and a former all pro WR and two promising young WRs on the roster already. Especially if that team has a decent defense in place too. I mean why not go to a team with absolutely nothing so you can take all the glory when you win 4 games instead of 1.......

Every team that picks #1 is in shambles.

If I'm picking between detroit, cincy, cleveland, st louis, zona, or carolina, I'd pick carolina.
