2005 NFL Season:

Jake Delhomme's total passing yards - Steve Smith's total YAC = ?

We made a fucking living on the old Henning "0" route. Actually kind of miss it, in a way, even if defenders jump it. Smitty's still good enough to get free and make them pay for it. Or, is he?

We don't need a cannon for an arm here. We just need someone who is not fucked in the head, can hand the ball off without fumbling it, and can make simple reads and basic throws.

I will admit--Pike's height with our current pass-pro woes is a plus, no matter how much more prepared Clausen is for a pro-style offense.

The only thing more awesome than our 1-7 season is the 1:15 - 1:18 portion of the "Time, Love and Tenderness" clip. Thank me later.

 

I hope the opposite. I can't say I want to spend even more on QB if at all possible, and it's not like we don't have variety.

 

God, I hope our future QB is not playing like any of the ones on the current roster.

The only way a game manager works is if everything else is solid. I thought we had that, so I thought Moore would be enough. We didn't he wasn't. It'll be more of the same next year, with a game manager, unless we get back to handling our business up front.
