    Have heard this name come up for a potential replacement for Foxy, assuming he departs.

    Read up on him, and watched a few interviews. Can't speak about him personally, but he has worked with Brees, Rivers, Favre and Pennington. Plus, I'm a fan of his personality, and I believe this team--at their point of youth--could use this type of coach.

    I like the dude now.

    fans always have a mixed relationship with coordinators.

    I dunno. I know he's known because he's got a recognizeable name. I know a lot of his success comes with Callahan. And he doesn't come here with him.

    I don't know. He's got lineage but he's still gotta show me more than last year's 31st raned pass O, rookie or not.


    I bet he'd interview well, though, and he fits the criteria.

    One name to keep an eye on might be Mike McCoy. He's the Panthers former Quarterbacks Coach, and is now the Offensive Coordinator with the Denver Broncos. He's got a history with Richardson.

    As to Schottenheimer, I am impressed by his handling of a very young QB in Sanchez. If he could make Claussen into something resembling Sanchez these past couple of weeks, I'd be very happy about that.
