Jesus. Really? I'm so far out of the loop, I didn't know this. Sigh. This is fucking sad, and what an awful season this is shaping up to be.

Ya know...Fox is a good man. I respect him. He deserves better. He may have lost this team, but I don't think so, necessarily. Fuck. What a bad situation.

I like Fox. I have hated some of his coordinators, loved some others...Jeff Davidson I think might be his worst, and perhaps ranks with the worst we've ever had. Certainly right there with John Marshall and Vic Fangio.

But I really hate to see Fox have to endure this. The guy has helped us have some terrific seasons, here. He's a good coach.

Completely off topic---I keep reading how the defense played well today. Does anyone else find this fucking crazy?

Sure, they didn't have the SUCK the offense had, but played well? Um...when you can't tackle, when you drop 114 interceptions, when you can't get a team off on third and doesn't matter, and when you roll over like that in the fourth quarter in a close game with momentum on your side, you haven't "played well". You fuckin' choked.

i'm not terribly hung up on wins. didn't expect much of that from the team, and certainly not out of the gate like ganagbusters. i'm more bothered by things like

    why is jarrett still here?
why do we average 4 turnovers a game?
20-7 last week, 20-7 this week. is it a trend?

I just don't understand why they kept Jarrett if they were going to sit him most of the time. It's not like he was superman last year but caught Colbertitis this year. Stupid to waste a space on someone who you're already familiar with.

it's been mentioned a few times on packer's radio show i think. it seems more like just a bunch of reasonable speculation, or at least nothing confirmed.

who knows? maybe "smarty" marty hurney will be on tomorrow for another state of the franchise interview. i sure hope so. i can't wait to hear him stumble, bumble and mumble around this season's clunking thud.

That's the place. Didn't hear it firsthand but I trust the person who did to get it straight. Not sure who claims to be in the know on the talk show though.

Yeah. Hard to imagine this getting turned around.

Who looks like the tip pick in the draft?
