I think it is like someone else said, he has a chance to start with Cleveland. He would never leave the bench in NO barring an injury.

That whole situation in Cleveland is pretty f-ed up.

But yeah, I'd like to see him do well. Doesn't seem very likely though.

I hope he settles in as the backup and has a few good preseason games so everyone will think he is decent. I also hope he never gets to play in a meaningful game again. His arm is shot. I would like to see him go out with some dignity rather than getting beat up in Cleveland and tossing a bunch more picks.

Brady Quinn is still the starter there right? or are they going to let Jake be a bridge to a rookie they may draft this year. What exactly is Quinns problem. I thought he might make a decent pro

If it isn't Jake odds are it's Seneca Wallace starting. Quinn's main problem is his awful accuracy at all depths.

I actually think Quinn would be a better fit for Holmgren's offense than Jake. I really don't understand what's going on up there.

(Yes, it will be Holmgren's offense)

It's not looking good for Quinn in Cleveland. Holmgren has brought in two new QB's. And Mangini is anything but sold on BQ. I thought Quinn showed signs of goodness on a horrible team. But doesn't look like Holmgren saw the same. Hopefully he'll end up in a decent situation and flourish
