He went from wine and cheese crowds to beer and sausages crowd. They will ream him well for his disappearing acts.

I agree. Plus he can hang out with Michael Jordan at Michael's bars in
Chicago. Maybe start a gambling problem, or molest some chicks like Worthlessberger. Anyway, he's gone. Here's hoping somebody cleans his clock when we play the Bears this year. :N1mmmblood:

What happened to all his crap about wanting to play in a 3-4 so he could reach his full potential? The Bears run a version of the Tampa D just like we do.....

Screw him and his inconsistent disappearing ass....

Peppers don't know what he wants, just like he don't know what he's going to do from one play to the next. I'm not going to bash him anymore because he's not with us now,,, I'll just say he's a guy lucky enough to be born with tremendous God-given ability, but folks have questioned whether he gives 100% for years, those questions just didn't start yesterday. In the end with the Bears, he's just chasing the money. I don't blame him for going after the money.

As for the Panthers, I hope we can fill his spot with a guy (or guys) who WILL GIVE 100%. And we'll be fine.

How many games difference do you think Peppers made in that stat? I would probably give him credit for five or six wins but almost all of them were during the early years of his career when he was terrorizing Tampa regularly.

does it matter? for those feeling scorned remember his 1 tackle game vs dallas, him getting owned by backups to backups, and how this defense became beason's shortly after he arrived. i'm not so much bashing the guy, because he had some great moments here, but it's past and he's the bears' problem now. we've got enough of own to worry about without silly remarks from an ex-player who made a habit of saying nothing over 8 years here.
