Only my opinion, but as it stands today, our biggest threat to opponents is our run game. How many teams would kill to have two RBs who are such solid threats. With Peppers probably gone(?), we'll have money to spend on needs. Stewart has had injury issues since high school, and Williams had some nagging issues this year. So we trade one and then the other is in & out or God forbid, out long term and we have to depend on our passing game? No thank you at this point. Having two rb's who are both starter quality sure can help cover up the flaws in your QB & lack of multiple wr deep threats. As long as DW & JS can be happy sharing the load, it's an over abundance I am thrilled with.

I'd consider it, but only because its easier to find a RB in the draft than it is a true shutdown corner. If they'd take Gamble as well and give a 4th or 5th round pick in the deal I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Cromartie isn't a shutdown corner, he isn't even the #1 corner on the chargers.

CB isn't exactly a huge need area. Gamble had a pretty damn good year, but he always gets shit on by fans. Cromartie has made some nice splashy plays but isn't that great anyway.

Cromartie and a 1st, and I'd seriously consider it.
