he's better than anything on that list, better then anyone other than Smith on our roster, and better than Key Johnson when we signed him... would love to see a better option available

Nate Burleson had more catches similar yardage and is an option on returns. He's also younger.

I would consider taking a chance on TO. He seems to have calmed down a lot. He made it throught last year on a bad team and did not melt down. Maybe he has learned a lesson. I only would do that if Fox is coming back. He needs an established and firm coach to handle him if he gets out of hand, especially with a young QB like Moore.

I think we are OK at QB. Moore will be the starter and Jake will back him up. I would rather Jake retire and sign a veteran QB to be the backup but I doubt it happens.

Burleson would make more sense to me than any of the rooks likely to be available with Carolinas first pick . .. decent addition in my opinion, IF he could be acquired

Keeping Brayton might be a helpful thing to do. He has been more than adequate for us and while not a stand out he anchored the other side from Pep nicely. Without him we're left with Charles Johnson and Everette Brown. Johnson has flashed but never had the consistency last year. Brown is young and small, but flashed as well.
Isn't Tank Tyler a FA this year? Depending on what we do with Kemo we might need to re-up our depth at DT.
CB is another concern, not necessarily for this year but in the future. I can see us letting Marshall walk and not sure if we are gonna keep Martin at CB or S and we don't have much behind Marshall and yeah I remember Munnerlyn.
Keeping Davis would be nice if we can do it, and I see us wanting to because he was homegrown and really flourished last year. He just might need a lot of money.

I'm gonna assume they will let Moore and Delhomme battle it out in training camp.

Both Tank Tyler and Thomas Davis are RFA if no CBA extension, in fact Tyler would be RFA no matter what. Basically if it's less than 6 years in the league they will be RFA.

Cap space. We won't have any if we pay Peppers enough to keep him.

Am I the only one who loves the idea of Kemo and Thomas inside on short yardage downs?

Anquan Boldin would look even better, and is way more likely to be available.
