    All time he's 4-2 as a starter.

Over 60% completion percentage as a starter.

    7 TD's, 3 INT's.

Why the hate? Marginal arm strength? I don't get it. I'm in his corner.

    He makes the offense better.

He has seven ints. And he's under 60% as a starter.

I don't think there's any hate. It's just important to remember that he's only had one stand-out game so far, and two of his touchdowns last night were from spitting distance of the end zone. He's clearly better than Jake, but I don't want to get carried away just because he played well against a marginal and beat-up Vikings secondary.

Maybe if he spent a year bagging groceries he could take us to the Super Bowl.

He's good. The offensive game plan cant be the same as naked... he's mobile, i like seeing him get out of the pocket, his game speed is getting better.... I think his best football is definitely in front of him, and he'll look even better as they run the offense more for him

It is encouraging to see him have a "break out" game like this. You would expect a guy like him to get better as he plays more. If he finishes the year strong I have no problem penciling him in as our starter. I have been in favor of going after Jason Campbell but if Moore looks capable I am good with that. I would like to see us get a solid veteran to back him up in case he flames out next year. There should be several guys available who fit that bill.

He needs another weapon to work with besides Smith. If Moose comes back it needs to be as the #3 guy. We need to get a guy who is good enough to burn teams if they focus too much on Smith.

I am curious to see what Moore could do after going through a full training camp as the starter and with a better second option behind Smith.

Throwing him to the wolves after Jake got us in a big hole against Philly should not count against him.

I think it's important to look at the entire body of work. If you want to go by the starts, this was the first time in six tries that he's thrown for well over 200 yards. I don't think that's anything to write home about. He makes our offense better, but I think that's more of an indictment on how bad Delhomme was.
