who would be an upgrade and make sense as fox's replacement?

Don't think Cowher will come back but I'd like to see him here . .. hell, I'd want friggin Jimmy Johnson here if he'd want to coach again. A guy like Reid or Fisher who would bring a more aggressive balls out philosophy in all three phases would be nice.

Who are some possible candidates who would bring a go for the throat attitude? No more of this "it is what it is" limp bullshit

Fox isn't going anywhere and there's not an upgrade out there.

    FOX IS THE MAN!

Cowher is a guy I have liked for years so I would welcome that.

I am curious to see what Shannahan could do with the talent we have in the running game. Our offensive line does not fit what he likes though.

Gruden is an interesting idea. He is a good offensive guy and has shown that he will not mess up a defense when he is given one. I am sure he would relish the chance to beat Tampa twice per year.

I think Meeks has done a decent job so I would hope he stays. If he does and we get a good offensive minded coach we could be pretty good pretty quickly.

All that said I am not ready to get rid of Fox. I hope he stays.
