What are they? Trade? Signing a free agent? Is there going to be a free agent worth trying to get? HAs to be something better than 17.

Jason Campbell is in the last year of his deal and the Skins do not seem interested in keeping him so he is a name that gets mentioned a lot. Other free agents:

    Kyle Orton
    Chad Pennington
    Tavaris Jackson
    Kellen Clemmens
    Kyle Boller
    Daunte Culpepper
    Charlie Batch

Other guys who might get cut or be available cheaply via trade:

    Matt Hassleback
    Marc Bulger
    Brady Quinn
    Byron Leftwich
    JaMarcus Russell
    Trent Edwards

There are some highly rated guys in the draft but most of them will be gone before we pick in the second round. If we tag and trade Peppers maybe we get back in the first round?

if Fox get another year, he can buy even more time by starting a rookie QB... then he's got a pass for next season too

If Fox is still our coach, he will be desperate to win in 2010, and (since he's going to trade all our 2011 picks anyway), he may as well trade enough picks to maybe get us back in 2010's 1st round...

I'd like to see them go after Campbell and Jackson, get one of the two, get the best rookie possible in the second round, and have them duke it out for the starters spot. I would venture to say we'd be very much improved in this case at that position from what we have now.
