We're gonna have to play lights out to have a chance. Hopefully the team will hang in there and not focused the crowd, etc. Since Spears has played there before, hopefully he'll get the team ready. Basically I'm optimistic, but also realistic.

Charlotte is a 17.5 point dog and I don't see any way they keep in under 20.

Yea, on paper the Niners shouldn't have a chance. However, that was the same the year they played the Heels with Carter and Jamison. Lost that one in overtime. Not expecting a win, but I'll watch nonetheless.

You mean the Charlotte team that had Colson, Diego, Galen and Price? Little different these days VA.

    As a Dukie..

Duke isn't as explosive right now as they have been in the past. They are WAY bigger than in the past with the biggest team ever at Duke under K. Nolan Smith comes back to action tonight, but this team is heavily forward heavy. Coach K is also trying to teach the spread, drive, kick players to play in the old style motion offense more than the spot up shooting that has taken place the past few years. If Charlotte can be quick and shoot from outside this may be interesting. Once they drive inside though, just like Coastal Carolina, they will have a tough time shooting around and over 2 or 3 guys over 6'10". I can't be here to watch but I'm going to record it. Looks like the ACC as a whole is going to be HUGE.

True. But even then with that team no one gave the Niners a chance. I think this Niner team can be good, it may just be to early for a team like Duke. Even with a loss, the RPI should go up.

Getting ugly in a hurry... Nolan Smith is making his presence felt in his first game. Down 30 with 4 minutes to go in the first half

Perhaps this will finally put the Lutz or Krzyzewski debate.
