Nobody's worth what Pep gets, but he played great.

didn't he have a sack and blocked FG in one game, and two sacks in two others? I mean if you can buy that for $1 mil per game, I'd be willing to purchase a second guy like that.

Not that we need it, we have like five good ends.

That's true, I guess when you added the next two in, I was just thinking of the very poor overall start.

There's not a better 1,2 RB combo in the NFL than Stewart/Williams
Both of these guys are franchise type players, especially DeAngelo.
No other team can boast that!

Giants: Bradshaw is good but not great
Titans: LenDale is just a big back, thats it!
Cowboys: Felix Jones hasnt done it for a full season yet

Today peppers played more like the type of leader and game-changer that would command elite league-high dollars, coincidentally he was a positive spark in a W for a change. .. the other six games??? Not so much

In my opinion this was the closest he has come to earning that ridiculous game check. Actually, I agree with the guy that said "Nobody's worth what Pep gets"
IF there was a current player like LT or Reggie White or the Deacon in their primes then Hell Yes, but peppers is not one of those HOFers and does not deserve a million a game

    five "good" ends??? Really?

There is one starting caliber DE at this point on the panthers roster and from all I can tell he only plays that way when he feels like it
