I don't get it at all. Williams, Stewart, Goodman. Why would you choose to put the ball in jake's hands so many times? Baffling.

I don't have a problem with throwing the ball some, but establish something. This is fucking terrible.

I forget who it was that I heard saying it tonight, but they said the way to beat the panthers was to double Smith and then have everyone else play the run first.

Did we have any fullback packages that we ran out of?

I think Hoover being out was a factor. We broke some decent runs, but running on first down left us in really tough down and distance several times.

Still not sure why we went no-huddle when the defense had been on the field the entire second half. what the fuck was that?

    BINGO...WE HAVE A WINNER!!!

Notice that the few decent runs (and I do mean a few) we did have were one-back sets in passing formations in which the ball was handed off for a draw. There was jack-sh*t out of the 'I formation'. Why?

    (See the Fiammetta thread)

"Delhomme had 3X as many pass attempts as D'Angelo Williams had carries. That's not a game plan, that's a suicide mission."

Sorry, when the running game isn't working, we should keep running? That makes sense.

I think we've gone to more short passes to get Jake in a rythem and get his confidence back up. It's dumb and I agree that we're losing our identity.
