    not as unhappy with that no-call as that holding penalty on Charles Johnson. But yeah, when we weren't hosing ourselves, we were getting it from the refs.

    We've all been bitching about Crossman for a while now. Interesting he hasn't gotten the axe. Maybe part of it is on Fox and Co. for not giving him enough to work with. Robinson didn't work out, Smitty doesn't want to do it. Our best returner in recent memory was a journeyman.
    Still doesn't excuse the coverage problems. Marshall was easily our best special teamer last year. Wesley is good as well. Is Marshall still out there? He needs to step up on defense too.

    Maybe it is because the linebackers and safetys were putting in a lot of practice with the 1s instead of special teams during the preseason.
