Yes because it is "Gods" place to punish and judge this human. Not mine. Will I be angry? Yes. Will I want to hurt this human? Yes. Will I actually hurt this human? No because then I would be no better then they are. There is no form of punishment that will bring back the dead. Punishment in this circumstance would be for revenge and I do not believe in revenge. The mind frame of your statement is what has been the cause of so many wars and unnecessary deaths.

I can understand an objection to the death penalty (not that I agree with it), but you wouldn't even lock him up to prevent him from harming others?
If that's the case then I don't understand.

I read it in a book called What God Wishes Christians Knew About Christianity. Considering God's omniscience, prophetic interactions with mankind, and eternal nature, it makes sense to me.

    Yes.

Knowing all people have free will...how can God control whether we chose to follow Christ or be a follower of another religion or just to be a non-believer?

He doesn't control it. That's the whole point of free will.

Igalowshi....made a statement "being god doesn't he have "control" of everything, including time"?

And then you answered...Yes. Your answer now is "He doesn't" I'm now confused with your answer.

He has control, but He doesn't exercise that control. Passive, not active.

Question....Did Satan say it was the tree of knowledge of good and evil or did God say it? I'm confused about your statement that satan said it.

Would you lock him up to punish him or would you lock him up so that he can get help?
From the way this is stated it says nothing about helping just punishing. I answered according to how you worded the question. Would I want this person to do harm to anyone else? No. In turn I also would not want anyone to do harm to them because of what they did.

Did you read everything in this post or did you just pick and choose what to hassle people about?
