That's a guaranteed top 7 pick. Seymour has to be happy about this

Raiders are morons. Can't we trade them Larry Beavers for a 2nd rounder or something. He's fast

Obviously Seymour does not want to go swallow black and silver dong in place of another shiny SB ring. From the way it sounds so far the pats get the 1st round (probably top 5 pick) in 2011 regardless of what Seymour does about it. From the pats side of the fence it sounds like a done deal, but from the raiders side it sounds like the deal has not been completed.
    Who’s right on this one?

Either way I think it’s bad for the pats. . . They look as thin at DE right now as the panthers look at DT (maybe that's now the weak link that keeps them from getting to SB) and if it does not go through they wouldn’t have yet another gift wrapped 1st round pick.
All i know for sure is that I'd rather have Seymour at 3.7 mil or the raiders 1st in 2011 than cash whore peppers

    so which is it?

And BTW the pats have 2 rookies at DT, and a guy who's played very well for seymour in the past.

Well, there had been talk about them trading Seymour for some time so it's not a surprise other than getting what seems to be a high 1st. I recall hearing that the Pats are pretty happy with who they have behind him.

Man, I agree with this. Love Peppers, but not what he's doing to the team with that cap number.
