Who if anyone is going to sign him? My guess is that it will be one of the following teams (if anyone does):

Raiders - I know they have Russell but this is Al Davis we are talking about...
Redskins - They are not sold on Campbell and Snyder is Al Davis Jr.
49ers - They have a big need at QB (Singletery can kick his ass twice per day)
Vikings - If they do not get Favre then maybe they go for Vick?
    Bills - They signed TO....
    Dolphins - Parcells might bite...
Jacksonville - Things looking bleak down there.
Tennessee - Vince Young is not a big enough headache...

    You must have ESPN Insider:

FREE AGENCY: Six options for Vick?
Michael Vick | Falcons | Interested: Redskins? Seahawks? 49ers? Raiders? Dolphins? Jaguars?
With Michael Vick's release from house arrest today, the rumors are flying as to his next stop, if and when his NFL suspension is lifted. To start things off, Vinnie Iyer of the Sporting News listed six teams he considers "favorable destinations."
Of the six, the San Francisco 49ers, Miami Dolphins and Seattle Seahawks have either stated outright that they weren't interested or have insinuated as much by public comments. That leaves the Jacksonville Jaguars, Oakland Raiders and Washington Redskins in the hunt from Iyer's list.

Appearing on "SportsCenter" this morning, Chris Mortensen raised the possibility of Vick playing this season in the UFL, then signing on as a free agent after the nascent league's season finishes around Thanksgiving. The UFL has said it wants Vick.

I don't buy most of that:
Davis loves Jamarcus and I doubt he would pay him that much to bench him, part of Kiffin's firing was over Jamarcus.
The skins are a possibility but Vick has struggled in the west coast offense before, the Ds of the east would eat him alive though which would be fun.
Their GM loves alex smith, singletary loves hill, where's the room for the overrated inaccurate piece of shit?
Why did they trade for Rosenfels?
The coaching staff drafted edwards, surrounded him with talent, then dumps him for vick?
They have 3 QBs they've added in the last 2 years.
Garrard would be an expensive backup
    Vince has upside.

I have a rooting interest in the Patriots. In a bit of a drunken stupor at a birthday party a few weeks ago, I shot off at the mouth and ended up with $20 on the Pats signing him. Got 5-1 odds @ least.

No one would bet against the Raiders signing him @ even money.

How did the Seahawks get in the mix? No way Mora wants him back.

If I had to put money on it I would guess Redskins.

I have always hated him, mostly because of all the hype around him as the greatest QB to ever play the game. I think he ought to get a second chance though. He has paid for what he did. Players have done worse things than what he did and have been allowed to return. Running over someone and killing them while driving drunk is much worse than killing dogs to me.

I hope he goes to a team I do not like though.
