Saturday the UFL had some tryouts in Orlando. Some notable names from the list include some former Panthers:

    http://uflaccess.com/

    Jermaine Wiggins
    LaBrandon Toefield
    Travis Taylor
    Curtis Deloach

I'm looking forward to this new league. I know the odds are stacked against it but who would mind seeing some extra football on Thursdays and Fridays, especially when it's not going to interferre with my other football watchin'.

I'm hoping that "Big Wig" makes a comeback.

I always remember Wiggins adding some key receptions in 2003, but then I look and he had like 5 receptions in regular season and about as many in playoffs.

having two TE with 20 receptions sounds like a step up - though a lot of Rosario's were in one game (they combined for 2 TD). That's still "not terrible" but 2TE sets made up around 40% of our sets. King had around 40 in 2007, but that's inflated by the dumpoff festival that was the David Carr portion of the IND game. I think we threw to King twice behind the LOS that game, holy crap.

I am surprised that Toefield did not sign somewhere he seemed to have some ability.
