    I see this as a one time deal, but you also try not to let it get out when you can't complete a trade. In a way, McDaniels has drawn a line in the sand for himself already, whereas with young coaches they typically get a long leash.

    He's got an arm but what you said about him not being a leader. Doesn't a QB at least need to command some respect from his teamates?

    He seems like a stiff, but I don't think that makes him a cancer. It's not the quarterback's job to be everyone's best buddy.

    Jake seems like a really nice guy, until he gets on the field and starts yelling at players, coaches, and officials.
