We definitely want to avoid this scenario. Reminds me of how we raped the Eagles last year with swapping their 17 (Otah) for our # 28 this year.

    And a fourth rounder.

If I'm not mistaken, the chart makes this deal basically a wash, since our 2009 pick wound up being so low.

Can anyone remember Peppers making a big play in a playoff game? I am trying to remember, seems like there should be one but it escapes me.

    he had a sack, 14QBP in 2003.
    Rucker had a sack, 13QPB.

05, sack and 3 QPB, same as Rucker.

Back then they did about the same thing as each other, though. Year in, year out till Rucker started to lose sack numbers. Which says more that Rucker was under-rated than anything else. There's no doubt we'd have been a better team if we'd had him on the field this year, rotating.

I wish Rucker had been here one more year too. I can not remember when Pepper's sack or his pressures took place. Were they key plays? Sometimes that stuff is just garbage stats like coverage sacks or foiled rushing attempts by a QB.

I have no idea. I can't remember him or anyone else coming up huge in 2003 other than Manning and that was blatant. I can't remember Dan Morgan having 25 tackles, either. Well, actually I can remember Cooper taking out McNabb, I guess.

I can't find it online, but didn't he have either an INT or fumble return against Dallas in 2003? I remember him almost scoring on a play late in the game where we had to eventually settle on a FG.
