Harrison in the Steelers defense has somewhat slightly different responsibilities and roles than Peppers does in the Carolina D.

yeah... imagine what peppers could be like in the right system, the panthers have just been holding him back

dude is trying to compare an undrafted practice squad player with heart against a number 2 pick overall.... what gives?

They play different positions, that's the only think wrong with the comparison.

It was fucking awesome to experience the asshole Cardinal fans internally combust when they thought they were getting an intentional grounding call against Pittsburgh and it was a personal foul against them. :soda:

They (Card's fans) started to pile out after the halftime show. :band:

Kind of reminded me of being back in Carolina.

I wasn't comparing them by position. One thing I was thinking; was that Gandy was blocking each of them one-on-one, in a post-season game. He handled Peppers easily -- what did Peppers do in that game? Anybody?

Look at how bad Harrison beat Gandy all game.

    • What three holding calls?
    • A pretty good hit on Warner!
    • An incredible run for a touchdown from a hundred yards away. We all remember Peppers running out of gas on a similar play against somebody.
Harrison - Defensive player of the year. What does he make? What is Julius asking for? That's the comparison I am trying to make.

And y2b, no doubt. The fact he was a practice squad player cut more than once by the Steelers, and once by the Ravens, gives him more drive.

I wonder what 'system' could make Harrison play as heartless as Peppers?

    It was Denver.

    Harrison was gassed.

    Harrison scored.
