    Didn't they report something like this regarding the brain of Chris Benoit, the wrestler who killed his family then himself? Wrestlers probably take more head shots and get less quality medical care than guys in the NFL. Wrestlers all tend to die in their 40s. There might be something to this.

    For wrestlers, it seems to be the steroids more than concussions from head shots. The roids are linked to depression as well, as evident by the high suicide rate with pro wrestlers.

    According to the article linked to above concussions lead to brain damage which causes depression. Hard to say if it is the roid and pain killer or the concussions. Hard to say that about the NFL too though.

    I read that Chris Benoit's brain looked like that of an 85 year old Alzheimer patient when they studied it after his death.
