We're having Alaskan King Crab legs with saffron rice. It's a "new" tradition. They're (crab legs) only $12.98/Lb at Sam's Club and each leg weighs about a pound each. I cut them up with a new hacksaw blade and steam them in the wok. :woohoo:

    Sounds delicious!

My Mom is doing a 9 lb rib roast. Nine lbs. of prime rib and to my knowledge, there will only be 7 of us there. :FODIFeedMe3:

reg being snow crab legs...the smaller ones?

No - taste the same, if not better, and are a hell of a lot less work. I have kitchen scissors that I use to cut up each side of these big ones. All you need is a fork.

Damned if I couldn't go for some crab.

I'll probably go out to Chinese, tho.
