Think they'll make a difference getting some push against TB?

    Last time:

Our run game struggled, leading to alot of 3rd and longs.
We gave a TD early on a blocked punt.
Delhomme wasn't sacked but threw 3 picks.

My impression of Otah up until his injury was very favorable - I was a big fan of the road grader.

But since he's come back, is it just me, or is he getting his ass kicked in pass protection?

Was Kampman on him last week?

I feel better about all of it if we can run. If we can run, less likely to be known passing situations.

Kampmann was on him, yes. One sack was on him, where he took Kampmann outside and when Jake stepped up in the pocket, he came back across Otah's face, but it was upfield, not like a hump move. I don't remember the other sack.

Otah was huge at the goal this past week. Our run package including Hangartner was very good and that's without GH being much of an inline guy. Tampa's run D is a killer, though.

Kalil probably won't get much push, but hopefully his ankle is well enough that he can get to the second level and get his hands on Ruud, who seems to give us problems. Otah is a concern in pass pro against a quick Tampa front four, but yeah, I do imagine we'll run often behind him. Because of their scheme, the Bucs have a lot of bodies up for run support which means that it's tough to gain consistent yardage on them but you can bust some big gains if you make your blocks.

Yeah, which was a big problem last time. The blocked punt didn't help, then Delhomme threw a pick ( on third and long ) deep in our territory that made it uglier.

And we could never get the run going.

On top of it, Dunn gashed us.
