    I'm a pesto junky. I love that stuff. Any one have creative ideas for it?

    put it in a shoebox. put it under your bed. put it in a towel and wrap it around your head. i do not like them. i do not like them sam i am. i would not, could not eat them in a shoebox, under a bed, wrapped around your head. i do not like green eggs and pesto wtf :dunce2:

    We used to make it all the time when we were member's of the new town co-op and got tons of basil and garlic.

    Anyway - we'd make it and put it in ice cube trays, and then freeze it. Each pesto cube was a serving.

    Most common meal:

    Spaghetti ( or angel hair, i don't care for angel hair )
    Pesto
    Whole milk mozz cut into cubes

    Toss it, eat it.

    Eggs with pesto actually sounds like it could be good... I'd probably opt for a plate rather than a shoebox, but I'm a bit more 'traditional' than most.

    That is a pretty good idea with the ice cube trays.

    I have a fuckload frozen right now from harvesting a few basil plants last month.

    don't add the cheese before freezing though
