    Even after seeing the replay and hearing the ref`s explanation, I thought Rivers was over the line on the non-call.

    Yeah, since when does the player have to be all the way over the line? I thought if the ball was past the line before it left his hand...

    I also thought that the supposed fumble by Hackett was a suspect call.

    Yeah he had blocked someone else and was moving to block Merriman. Deangelo had already commited to go low with the block as Otah moved to Merriman. Otah never really engaged him to me, unless you can call putting a hand on his back engaging.

    I didn't know about it either, but it's one of those weird rules like an offensive player fumbling it into the endzone and out of bounds for the other team's touchback. The rules dealing with the endzone are incomprehensible.

    Nah, his whole body had to be over the line and it wasn't. In fact, didn't the same call happen with McNabb in the Philadelphia game?
