    Sucks we have to play SD. I don't think we stand much of a chance. They only gave up 10 TD's at home last year.

    We aren't playing them last year.

    Williams is dinged and Merriman is playing hurt to the extreme from the sound of it. 2 of their starting O-line are out and Gates is dinged. That helps to even it up. I wish Smitty had been a little smarter.

    Our D will have to put up a monster performance for us to have a chance in a close low scoring game. Without Smith I doubt we can score many points today.

    Nope. I didn't say it did even it up, only that it helped. That's 5 starters for them 2 of them out. Every little bit helps.

    It does, but scoring points without Smith is going to be difficult. SD is generally pretty good against the run, so it will be a good test for our offense.

    San Diego can play 8 in the box if they want to against us. None of our wide outs are going to scare them on the deep ball. For us to win it needs to be a 13-10 type game.
