    I don't remember any good NASCAR races at Indy, some just sucked less than others.

    no, it's not correct. they have had 14 good races in 15 attempts/. The tires were at fault (because Goodyear did not take into account the new heavier car).

    What about the diamond grooved track.That is what tore up the tires.



    diamond ground" surface, done before the Idianapolis 500. Indy cars, being much lighter than the COT would have no trouble with the more abrasive surface. So yes that track in not good for NAscar

    and the tire problems they had during the Indy 500? Wait, there weren't any. Why? Because Indy cars ARE LIGHTER than stock cars. Goodyear dropped the ball, big time on this. NASCAR is trying to help them save face.
