Anyone opposed to the idea of putting up a "Beat writers camp updates" sticky?

 

i'm fine with it. i've just been so ready for some real football news. i'm excited to have some.
davis must have really lit stewart up. i'm ready to go get in the car right now and drive to spartanburg. wonder if my wife will miss me? i think we need some milk or something...

I just thought it would be simpler than having 50 threads all saying essentially the same thing when camp is over.

 

5 active threads gives a better chance of maybe one or two not being moved to the rubber room.

I really don't care what happens with the threads. If you put up individual threads for the news orgs, then those will constantly get updated with the same info. If you make everything "camp news", we'll have one thread this month. If you fold everything in that's interesting, people will come back through and make new threads because they missed it the first time.

 

I didn't get to watch the practice, but I did walk along side Fox as he was signing autographs. I found it a bit disturbing that he repeatedly told fans that "we haven't had our starting QB healthy in 14 of the last 17 games". It's a fact, but that still rubs me the wrong way.

 

it does sound like an excuse, certainly. I wish it didn't.

It'd be a lot easier if it didn't sound like he thought that was the only thing wrong. It certainly wasn't. The team actions state otherwise, since they overhauled the run game and stocked up some on D. Now we just need an answer why the pass rush is gonna continue to suck.
