I just ate the best burger I've had in a long time. From Backyard Burger - a Texas Melt - 1/3 lb ground angus beef, cheese, sauteed onions, bacon, mustard and ketchup on Texas Toast. I'm seriously considering going to get another one for supper when I get off work. Damn that thing was good. :FO2DIFatWoman03HL::FO2DIFatWoman03HL:

Burgers on Texas toast or grilled sourdough are the bestest.

I got a couple of burgers from Checkers recently. For the value menu price range, 2 for $3, those couldn't be topped.

Backyard Burger is good shit. I went there recently and they seemed to get a little skimpy on their portions though... Especially for their prices. After all... It's just fast food, but they're charging 'full-service' restaurant prices.

backyard burger was good back in the day but tastes like a burnt hockey pick now. Maybe not fast food but cookout is the best to me

Anytime you can get a 1/4 cheeseburger, 2 corndogs, and a huge sweet tea for under $5 and it tastes good, you're going to get my business.

Backyard's is the only fastfood burger I'll eat. I doubt if they're considered bonifide fastfood, but Five Guys makes the very best, no contest.

Agreed. Two burgers and an order of fries that feeds the both of ya for only 11 bucks. Not bad.
The best burger period is from The Penguin.

anybody that ever heads out to the west coast needs to go to In-N-Out Burgers. Damn good. Wish they had them here.

Menu is Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Double Cheeseburger, French Fries, Milkshakes and drinks.

One of the best fast food burgers I've ever had.
