    I looked into one for my house. Seems you have to meet a lot of conditions for them to install one-pipe size of the house being one.

    I've got a conventional that was in the house when I bought it so I'm not sure how old it is. I'll probably check out the tankless version when the time comes. I just wish it didn't take so damn long for the water to get hot in the upstairs bathrooms.
