I like the toughness this draft brings, Stewart, Otah, Conner and Godfrey are all pretty damn tough ballplayers.

But last year our draft was supposedly the shit too having drafted talent over need in Jarrett and Kalil. The jury is still out on those two bigtime.
Kalil must step up and honeslty, i wouldnt be shocked to see Jarrett cut early in camp. Smitty just doesnt paint a pretty picture of Jarretts desire to play and we cant be wasting time on low effort guys anymore.

I didnt like the fact we didnt/couldnt address the DLine until really late. Darwin Walker sure eases that pain today. What looked like a depressing offseason now has me pretty excited about the new season. Our squad as a whole looks much better.

Someone has to step up at DE this year. Im feeling pretty good about everywhere else.

I can easily see Jarrett being cut. Give him this camp, if the light doesn't come on, then I don't see a reason to keep him. Ain't no redshirts in the NFL, we might have to play him.

Jarrett will be on the roster probably inactive until DJ Hackett (a whopping 6 games played last season due to injuries) gets hurt.

If he shows nothing in preseason, you still keep him? If so, why?

Unless there is a obviously better option, I don't see why not.

I dunno. I mean, if he's showing nothing, then something would obviously be more.

Meh. I'm hoping we learn from our mistakes.

I'd like for Jarrett to show up. But at some point the kid gloves have to come off.
