Why was our trade SO much more expensive than Atlantas?

There was a ton of hype about us trading up to get him, surely you heard it? If they felt there was anything to it, they couldn't take a chance of trading down a few slots.

If they traded back, and the only team I know of that was definately trying to move up was New Orleans, someone was in fact going to take him, be it KC or Baltimore.

ALL the Ryan talk was based on trading up.

You ain't kiddin'. If we pulled that stunt, I'd personally fly out to Charlotte, drag Fox back to California and feed him to the freaking sharks.

I felt bad about our deal (and still do), but then I saw what San Diego gave up to New England in the third. Talk about getting raped... wow.

Because we had to move up 24 freakin spots....that's a hell of a jump for us and a hell of a drop for the Eagles...especially since they didn't have a 1st rounder the year before either.

Thank God we didn't get Ryan. I don't like any of the QB's in this draft at all or in next year's. We'll have to wait (if Tebow doesn't leave early) for the Tim Tebow, Matthew Stafford, Sanchez, Colt McCoy class which is a really talented and deep class (those are the first that came off the top of my head)
