If NO trades for the 2, we lose Harvey. St. Louis will take him at 10, IMO, and we'll be hoping for the best OT available.

Gut? Jesus....my gut says we'll take someone we didnt expect. :hihi:Brian Brohm.

Harvey or Stewart, Clady if he falls.

I watched Matt Ryan in the BC v VT game last night just to prepare myself for a shocker. If ATL dont grab him i can see him falling like Rogers and Brady. Ryan looked studly in those last 4 minutes BTW. Really like his mechanics and flight of his throws. What a great kid too, gave an outstanding interview after the game. I'll be shocked if we pick him but id gladly welcome him to the team.

Harvey? He is not that funny and I don't think he would help our team at all.

Time will tell. Did Jake give you any real clues after the interview.

Hard to believe someone like Jake would be as clueless as us. You'd figure he'd hear a name or two dropped. Not that he'd be stupid enough to say anything but he didnt have a twinkle in his eye when you mentioned someone in particular did he?

Jake sounded really positive too BTW. He removed some of my fears.

Its great to hear that he and Smitty get on so well and can joke around like that. Especially with the TO's and Chad Johnsons of the world.

We didn't talk much after the interview, and I doubt he is as clueless as the rest of us. He likely isn't allowed to "tell company secrets," if you know what I mean. He told me he liked the OL FA's they signed this offseason, sayign he liked the change in thinking (bigger, stronger guys rather than athletic, quick, and a little smaller guys up front).

We're going to trade down in the low 20's and get a 2nd. We'll take Calais Campbell, Sam Baker and Pat Sims with the first three picks on day one.
