    I still want one but I know better. But I'm kinda lucky in that I can have one and just one and then not do it for months and months and not really care. Way expensive and coughing and not being able to keep up with 100 kids is a good reason for me.

    I've started to post two times now that you should stay away from people who are smoking, smokey places, and from going places where you tend to smoke. (now you can see why I didn't hit submit either time.)

    keep a very strong stale cigar available

    when you have to have a smoke hit that,, two inhales will be enough

    you'll get out of the habit of associating smoking with feeling good

    switch to a lighter cigarette then try to smoke less
